Many people use either fresh cut Christmas trees or artificial ones. Both have their positive aspects, but both bring up the question about environmental impact.
A newer trend is to use a living Christmas tree in a container. After the Christmas season is over, it can be planted outside. No trees are cut down, and there aren't any artificial products to end up in landfills.
