Mystery Monday - Name the Christmas Tree

By December 3, 2012

Follow me on:

It's the first Mystery Monday of December...where has the year gone? Last week's tree was the Yaupon holly (Ilex vomitoria) and our winner was Jomo. In November I wrote about holly trees and shrubs as well as a growing profile for the yaupon.

Here are your new clues :

  • This tree is becoming more common as a living Christmas tree.
  • It is native to Australia and some South Pacific islands.
  • This is one of the few conifer trees that does well indoors.

Can you name one of my favorite houseplants?
