Mystery Monday - Name That Tree!

Leslie and Karen are just amazing. Once again they've figured out last week's shrub. It was Lespedeza thunbergii, Pink Bush Clover. Woo hoo!
Your clues for this week:
- This tree is native to China and often seen around Buddhist temples.
- It's an evergreen tree.
- The most distinctive part about this tree is the colored peeling bark, unusual for the genus.
- It's somewhere on my site already.
Good luck!

Pinus bungeana. Lacebark Pine. When I first saw it, I thought it was some exotic sycamore, but mottled bark is typical of sycamores, and they also aren’t evergreen.
Hey, I’ve seen that very tree in person, but it’s been a while.
I also believe it is a lacebark pine. Pretty, but I’m opting for native plants in my garden these days.
